Every effort is being made to keep down the cost of
dental care. You can help us by paying for treatment
at the time of your visit. If your treatment requires
several visits, you will receive an estimate of the proposed
services so that some form of financial arrangements can be
made. To assist you in this, several options are available
for you convenience.
- Payment at the time service is rendered by
cash, check, VISA or MasterCard.
- Professional budget plan after an initial payment;
the balance is divided into monthly installments.
- Outside financing.

Care Credit
We are pleased to offer Care Credit to our
patients. Care Credit is a convenient, no initial payment,
low monthly payment plan for dental treatments of $300
to $25,000. Offering Care Credit allows us to make the
smile you've always wanted affordable.
Your Insurance
As a courtesy to our patients, we will
complete and file insurance forms relative to dental
services. However, unlike medical insurance,
dental insurance does not usually cover 100% of the
charges incurred. We will be happy to determine
the benefits allowable under your policy, and whenever
your insurance requires a predetermination of benefits
before work is started, we will submit to the insurance
company a treatment sequence with charges so that you
will be completely aware of your coverage. Please
note that you must complete your portion of the
insurance form and sign it where indicated.
During the course of treatment you
will receive statements on a monthly basis regardless of
your insurance coverage. Except for emergency
care, any extensive treatment will be delayed until
benefits are established. Patients will be
expected to begin payment on their projected balance at
the time treatment begins.
