To schedule an appointment, please call
(704) 289-5233.
Same day or next day appointment requests will be
considered, based upon availability.
New patients are
always welcomed.
Canceling Appointments
If you are unable to keep an appointment,
we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours
notice. This courtesy on your part will make it
possible to give your appointment to another patient who
needs to see Dr. Kazemian. Please schedule only
definite appointments.
